I am a “gatherer” of words, bits and pieces of stories,
memories, dreams, ideas, colors, and textures
expressed through mixed-media jewelry, intuitive art collage painting,
sculptural books, and writing of poems, prayers, and stories …
yours and mine.

I am a wife, mom, mima of 7, artist, past teacher, bookstore & coffee shop owner. I have worked  in the polymer clay medium for over 20 years. I participated in the first ever Polymer Clay Conference - Convergence at Ravensdale in 1996. Besides self-study and discovery, I have also taken workshops from Tory Hughes, Ford & Ford, Cynthia Toops, Celie Fago, Lindly Hanui and recently Robert Dancik, Dayle Doroshow, and others

I am in the process of developing micro-finance type projects for women in developing countries to encourage them to turn their creativity and business ideas into a reality that will provide for them and their children, as well as giving them the joy and freedom of pursuing their own dreams and visions and to tell their stories.
A portion of all sales of my work goes to finance these micro-finance projects.

I love to encourage women to pursue their creativity.  I give workshops in polymer clay, mixed-media intuitive painting, and creativity retreats.
